2016 Boutique Vendor Payment Page

Thank you for participating in the 2016 Junior League of Winston-Salem's Boutique!

Below you will find payment options for this year.  Please select the option that corresponds to the date of your vendor application submission.  

If you are unsure of your application submission date, please email vendor@jlws.org. The $50 application fee will be applied to your table or booth fee. Returning vendor discounts will be applied to booth fees only. Total payment will be due in full August 15, 2016 or upon reciept of the acceptance package (if after August 15). If you prefer to pay in two installments, please mail checks for 50% of the total due (made payable to the Junior League of Winston-Salem).  Checks can be mailed to our headquarters (address below). Please note credit card payments will not be processed for partial payments. Please select the "pay by check" option on the purchase page and specify in the comment box that you will pay in 2 installments.
