From March – April, Forsyth County Central Library will host an exhibit remembering Lucy Bramlette Patterson (1865-1942).  This exhibit will highlight Ms. Patterson’s historic involvement in Winston-Salem.  The exhibit will also recognize organizations in the area, including the Junior League of Winston-Salem, that work towards the same goals that Ms. Patterson did. One of the several components of Patterson’s work in civic engagement was community service through promoting literacy, libraries, and improvement of education.
